＜Domestic Shipping＞
All domestic orders are delivered via Yamato Transport’s Takkyubin parcel delivery service.

＜Domestic Shipping Fees＞
For deliveries within Japan only, shipping is complimentary when the total purchase amount is 11,000円（税込） or more.  

＜Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations for Domestic Orders＞
We are unable to accept changes to order details after an order has been placed, including product, color, or size changes, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for customer convenience, including incorrect size selection, differences in image or expectation, or ordering mistakes.

If the item delivered is defective, or if you receive an item that differs from your order, we will assist you.
In such cases, please contact us through “Contact” within one week of receiving the item.
If stock is available, we will exchange it for the same item.
If exchange stock is not available, we will issue a refund.
Shipping costs required for the return and redelivery of the applicable item will be covered by our company.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns for customer convenience, including incorrect size selection, differences in image or expectation, or ordering mistakes
・Items for which ８ days or more have passed since delivery
・Items that have been used
・Items that have become soiled or damaged while in the customer’s possession
・Hygiene items such as underwear
・If the delivery note or tags have been lost

<Refund Method>
・For credit card payments
Your payment will be canceled and refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.

・For bank transfers
Refunds will be made by bank transfer. Please provide the bank account for the transfer. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds by registered cash mail.

＜International Returns & Exchanges＞
Please note in advance that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for international shipments.

・International order cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment.
