Return Policy

<Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations for Domestic Orders>
We are unable to accept changes to order details after an order has been placed, including changes to the item, color, or size, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons of customer preference, such as incorrect size, a difference from your expectations, or an order placed in error.

If the item delivered is defective, or if you receive an item different from your order, we will assist you.
In such cases, please contact us through “Contact” within one week of receiving the item.
If stock is available, we will exchange it for the same item.
If exchange stock is not available, we will issue a refund.
We will also cover the shipping costs required for the return and reshipment of the applicable item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns for reasons of customer preference, such as incorrect size, a difference from expectations, or an order placed in error
・Items for which 8 days or more have passed since delivery
・Items that have been used
・Items that have become stained or damaged while in the customer’s possession
・Hygiene items such as underwear
・Cases where the delivery note or tags have been lost

<Refund Methods>
・For credit card payments
We will cancel and refund the payment to the credit card used for the purchase.

・For bank transfers
We will issue the refund by bank transfer. Please provide the bank account to which the refund should be sent. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds by registered cash mail.

International Returns and Exchanges>
Please note in advance that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.

・International order cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. We are unable to accept cancellations after shipment.
